Flu Vaccine Currently Unavailable

Currently, Commonwealth Family Physicians is not offering its annual flu vaccine due to a lack of vaccines available.  We will update patients as the status of our flu vaccine changes.  Commonwealthy Family Physicians will not be offering the H1N1 flu vaccine shot.  For information on the seasonal flu and the H1N1 flu, please check the links on the bottom of the page.  For all questions, please call (859) 278-8421.
